Ridged leaf motifs in Noro Sonata color #6 Teal, created by working into the back loops, form the outsize flower petals of Epstein’s crochet blanket. Small puff-stitch circle motifs, crocheted in color #39 Barley to form the flowers’ center discs. Additional circles in color #19 Chartreuse and #30 Catmint radiate from the center in a kaleidoscopic effect. Each motif is bordered in chain-stitch mesh, which is also used to join the motifs.

Two hanks of Noro Sonata color D (shown in #39).
