Yupi is Amano’s new sockweight yarn (Yupi means ‘footprints’ in Quechua). Yupi celebrates the sock knitters across the world and our new blend is a delicate balance of luxurious baby alpaca and superwash wool, making it soft and easy care. The base of this beautiful yarn is to emphasize slowing down and lowering our impact on the environment through our footsteps, highlighted through its joyful and exuberant color.

Fiber Content: 80% Superwash Wool and 20% Baby Alpaca.

Yardage: Approximately 190 yards in each 50 gram skein.

Gauge: Approximately 5.5-6 Stitches to an inch on US 2.5-4 needles (3-3.5mm).

Care: Machine washable. Lay flat to dry.
