Ultra Alpaca is the ideal balance of luxurious super fine alpaca and Peruvian Highland wool blended together and spun up perfectly round and light.  Ultra Alpaca Light is the sport-DK weight version of the Ultra Alpaca line available in 50 gram skeins with generous 144 yards of yarn.  It can be used to make light wearing garments and accessories that will have beautiful stitch definition.

Fiber Content: 50% Super Fine Alpaca and 50% Peruvian Wool.

Yardage: Approximately 144 yards in each 50 gram hank.

Knitting Gauge: Approximately 5.75 Stitches to an inch on U.S. size 5 needles (3.75 mm).

Crochet Gauge: Approximately 3.5-4 Stitches to an inch on U.S. size  7 - I/9 hook (4.5-5.5 mm). 

Weight: DK-Sport.

Weaving: 8-9 ends per inch (EPI).

Care: Hand wash cold, lay flat to dry.
