A soft and loft alpaca blend, Katia Alpaca Silver has a silky hand with a subtle silvery shimmer. Alpaca Silver comes in soft shades and works up at a DK to light worsted weight and can be used to make beautiful garments and accessories of all kinds that would work with its light worsted to DK gauge.

Fiber Content: 73% Alpaca, 20% Nylon, and 7% Polyester.

Yardage: Approximately 131 yards of yarn in each 25 gram ball.

Knitting Gauge: Approximately 4.75 stitches to an inch on U.S. size 6-7 needles (4 - 4.5mm).

Crochet Gauge: Approximately 2.75-3.5 sc to an inch on hook Size G6-7.

Weight: Light Worsted.

Care: Hand wash in cool water. Lay flat to dry.
