Audrey Drysdale’s stunning cardigan, roomy and easy to knit, alternates stockinette stripes of Bachi, shown in #1 and #3, with garter stripes of the slubbier Kanzashi, shown in #3. The body is worked in one piece to the underarm, then separately to the shoulders. Garter stitch edges the lower hem and is picked up and knit along the front and neck bands as well.
