Solemate sock yarn from Lorna's Laces uses Outlast technology, a special fiber used by NASA to continuously regulate body temperature from being too hot or too cold. Outlast is a viscose (rayon) fiber that interacts with your body’s microclimate to moderate temperature from being too hot or too cold. Solemate is a plied fingering weight yarn that makes long wearing socks that can also be used for light garments and accessories.
Fiber Content: 55% Superwash merino, 15% nylon and 30% Outlast.
Yardage: Approximately 425 yards in each 100 gram skein.
Gauge: Approximately 7 stitches to an inch on U.S. size 1 needles.
Weight: Fingering.
